I have an Office subscription and do not have an Office license. I was using Office on my old machine and want to use it on my new machine, but bad timing, only is available and is gone. Microsoft should allow us to download previous versions for compatibility like Adobe does. For perpetual license users we can download previous versions of Photoshop or Illustrator in case the latest version isn't compatible with the latest OS. In this case, Office is not compatible with Exchange and now I'm screwed.
I am referring to Office subscription. I downloaded Office from Office subscription a few years ago on the old machine. I have spoken to two Microsoft agents. Both agents are telling me that Outlook is not supported by Exchange But I am receiving conflicting information regarding Office versions.
One is telling me that only version is available for download from Office and the other telling me only Office is available for download. Installation or sign in issues?
